SNOWMOONOriginal work & license
Snowmoon is published at vitalik.eth.limo/snowmoon/ under GNU GPL v3. This website, its translation and site-specific materials are released under GPL-3.0-only. Original attribution and license notices are retained.
The original license statement asks adaptations to open-source their pipeline and non-commodity materials. The source download below includes the site generator, original source snapshots, all 32 Chinese translation files, the glossary, image compression scripts, used-asset provenance and recovered illustration prompts. It does not include the video files.

Translation method
The Chinese reading edition contains all 32 chapters. Paragraphs and interface text are translated using the Google Translate public endpoint, with a project glossary applied before translation to keep recurring names consistent. Source tables and SVG diagrams are retained; original diagram labels and invented Dzegoban phonetics may remain untranslated.
This is a machine-assisted draft, not a fully human-edited literary translation. No claim of author approval is made. The per-chapter import report records source hashes and translated block counts; these checks confirm processing coverage, not literary accuracy. The shared glossary and original source snapshots are included.
Artwork provenance
The illustrations come from this project's AI-assisted motion-comic production. Character designs are creative interpretations. Images used on this website are resized and encoded as WebP by the included preparation script. View selected asset provenance and available prompts.
Reuse
When sharing modified versions, retain source and license notices and provide the corresponding source under GPL v3. The exact legal obligations depend on the materials and distribution; the full license is included here.
